Business shower

I am sure you have attended a bridal shower or a baby shower, but have you ever attended a Business Shower? Yes, you read that correctly. Think Bridal Shower sans the wedding. Our Nashville Chapter hosted a Business Shower for our members and guests to celebrate their wins in business and all of their accomplishments. In Heels, we call these: S.T.R.U.T.S

As members & guests walked in, they were greeted with cupcakes ( sweets first!) cotton candy push-up pops, and an audio guest book where they could leave a voicemail to themselves sharing a win or an accolade that they are proud of.

After everyone was finished networking, we encouraged the attendees in the room to step up in front of everyone and share their S.T.R.U.T.S ( small wins). Some of the wins included:

Doubling revenue goal
Opening a new gym
Getting a promotion
People Magazine Feature
Finally getting paid their worth
Increasing their prices
Crushing sales goals
Starting a podcast

We love thinking outside of the box for our meetings and programming. This one was a fun and unique way to show some love on our members but also encourage them to celebrate their wins.
