Last week, women in business from all corners of the community came together for the Heels and Habits Luncheon, and what a celebration it was! Over a delicious meal, attendees dived into empowering discussions about building habits that drive success—both in and out of the office.

The room buzzed with energy as connections were formed, ideas were shared, and heels clicked with purpose. Guests left inspired by keynote speakers who shared their journeys of turning daily habits into extraordinary results. It wasn’t just another luncheon; it was a stylish reminder that success happens when we blend passion with practical habits and support from a powerhouse network.

Heels & Handshakes hosted their fourth Annual International Women’s Day Celebration at Nissan Stadium. The Theme was Inspire Inclusion and they brought in three different thought leaders to share their expertise and insights dedicated to empowering Nashville's vibrant community of women in business. Attendees were able to discover inspiring stories, network with fellow professionals, and celebrate the achievements of women entrepreneurs, innovators, and leaders.

This meeting isn’t go to be a “look at me” platform, but a “learn from me” dialogue. We have asked driven, award winning, high achieving leaders to come share with us the good, the bad and the ugly throughout their journey to success.
